Todd Ellis, Owner/President
Todd Ellis brings over 35 years of experience in plumbing to L.G. Ellis Plumbing, Inc. Since joining the company in 1996, he has overseen operations, safety, purchasing, and field scheduling, ensuring every project meets the highest standards. Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection and Safety Technology from Oklahoma State University.

Lester Falloon, Vice President / Lead Estimator
Lester Falloon began his plumbing career with L.G. Ellis Plumbing in 1996, completing the company’s apprenticeship program at the top of his class and earning multiple awards. He has extensive experience supervising job sites and currently leads estimating, troubleshooting field challenges, and supporting design-build projects.
Lester maintains continued education credits in water heating and holds certifications in welding, OSHA safety, and medical gas installation, combining technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving.

William Schmidt, Estimator
William Schmidt joined L.G. Ellis Plumbing in 2006 as a journeyman plumber. Over the years, he progressed from managing small plumbing jobs to leading crews on larger projects and eventually overseeing all field plumbers. Today, William applies his extensive hands-on experience to estimating, ensuring accurate and efficient project planning.

Cole Davis, Plumbing Designer
Cole began his plumbing apprenticeship with LG Ellis Plumbing in 2005. He has extensive hands-on experience, having worked on and supervised multiple job sites before joining our office team. Cole has continued his professional education with courses in Legionella protection for water systems, as well as the California Plumbing Code and the Uniform Plumbing Code. He now applies his expertise to designing plumbing systems for our design-build projects.

Jimi Brown, Scheduler
Jimi began his plumbing apprenticeship with LG Ellis Plumbing in 2012. Over the years, he has worked his way up through the ranks, supervising employees and managing large projects. He is now responsible for coordinating field scheduling, ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Brian Flood, Project Manager
Brian began his career as a journeyman plumber with LG Ellis Plumbing in 2018. He has progressed through the ranks, gaining experience supervising employees and managing large projects. He is currently responsible for project management and also assists with estimating to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
